Professional training courses for international students

Our school is open to welcoming students from all over the world, the program we offer to our international students is based on three aspects

Documentation

The school prepares the necessary documents for the student visa and the issuance of diplomas once the course is finished.

Study program

Our program is adapted at various levels to allow students to take a basic Italian course without missing design lessons.

Lessons

In the case of study groups of six or more people, the school offers design lessons in English. We encourage our students to take advantage of their stay in Italy to learn the language.

At your own pace

The course is divided into six units, each unit ranging from an approach to developing and making a type of clothing. The student will have a maximum of one month to develop each item, with the possibility of extending the course if necessary.

Annual - Triennial

The complete Business Project course aims to train the student in a variety of aspects related to entrepreneurship in fashion. The first year focuses on the designer's identity and on acquiring the tools that allow the student to create their own collections. During the second year, the student perfects his technique and refines his style, delving into different topics and generating capsule collections. The third year focuses on portfolio completion, final thesis preparation and job placement.

Quarterly

The quarterly course is organized in 2 projects: personal branding and moulage. The first project tries to guide the student in the search for his own personal identity as a designer. Carry out a series of exercises in order to understand what are the trends and the different styles of representation. The objective of the second project is to work in direct contact with matter. After an educational outing, the student will visit a historical place in Italy and identify the characteristics of the monument that inspire him to create a creative outfit.

Intensive

The intensive course is organized in 5 units. Each of these units will focus on developing a specific area of fashion design and will serve as an introduction for the student, so that the student can have a clearer idea of which area she is interested in. The entire work process and final design will be documented and delivered, we encourage students to start building a portfolio as a fashion designer. This course is aimed at students over the age of 24

International Students

Gli studenti che scelgono il nostro istituto devono richiedere un visto per studenti, la scuola offre tutto il suo supporto per preparare la documentazione e necessaria per l'arrivo in Italia per facilitare l'ingresso.

La scuola ha un assistente legale, specializzato in questioni internazionali, per le procedure di visto per studenti che accelerano l'ingresso e assicurano la permanenza. La scuola offre aiuto, se lo studente lo desidera, per trovare un alloggio vicino alla scuola.

Diploma per studenti internazionali

Offriamo un dilpoma altamente professionale e un corso completo in tutti gli aspetti del percorso moda (stilista, sartoria, programmi informatici aziendali, studio dei materiali, sviluppo collezioni) avrai una preparazione completa di tutti gli aspetti menzionati in precedenza.

Al termine del triennio, l'Istituto di Milano rilascia un diploma di stilista, con certificati CAD e programmi di progettazione e computer (Illustrator – Photoshop).

Requirements for studying in Italy

A basic B1 level of English or Italian is required which will be assessed during an online meeting with the teachers. The courses are held in both languages. Students can enroll in the school after completing the compulsory school level in their hometown even at the age of 16.

The school for international students

Cesena Fashion School is located 50 km from Bologna airport and by train there are direct connections that stop in Bologna to reach Cesena by train in almost an hour.

The Istituto Scuola di Moda di Cesena is located in the center of the University City of Cesena, a place rich in culture and history. The school is located a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station where it is possible to reach one of the most beautiful beaches in the world in just 30 minutes, the "Riviera Romagnola" on the Adriatic Sea. The city of Cesena aims at international hospitality. Its cuisine, folklore, history, food and excellent wine are the ingredients for hosting our students.
